Select Physical Therapy in Apex, NC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist - Outpatient to evaluate and treat patients, document plans, and collaborate with physicians to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and document patient care in outpatient setting.
• Maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations and clinic policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
