BenchMark Physical Therapy in Charlotte, NC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, seeks a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic (PT) to grow your career in outpatient ortho. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles, mentorship, and a clear path to professional development with flexible scheduling.

The position will float to our north Charlotte clinics (Concord, Prosperity Village, Huntersville, Mooresville, Davidson, Mount Holly, Denver, Gastonia).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
