Job summary

H2 Health's Fort Myers outpatient clinic seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care for orthopedic, neuro, and post-surgical patients. You will build relationships, manage a ~50-visit caseload with AI-assisted tools, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.

You will document in Raintree EMR, align with a clinician-first culture, and have opportunities for growth, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with support of AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
