Qualifications

• Current Oregon Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Oregon licensure.
• DPT degree or equivalent Physical Therapy degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.
• Interest in continued clinical and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide one-on-one, 45-minute treatment sessions.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and appropriate treatment techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Progress patients toward functional and meaningful outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, recovery, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, PTAs, and other rehabilitation/wellness professionals.
• Maintain continuity of care when collaborating with PTAs.
• Contribute clinical knowledge and ideas to the team.
• Develop programs based on areas of clinical interest.
• Participate in student mentoring opportunities once eligible.
