Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current South Carolina PT license or eligible.
• CPR certification required.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills are preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician prescriptions and patient records to determine required treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care.
• Implement PT treatment program and essential treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes, reports, evaluations, and summaries.
