Job summary

HSHS St. John’s Rehabilitation Services in the Greater Springfield, IL area seeks Physical Therapists to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.

The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized plans, and educating patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. We offer a 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), no weekends, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program meeting state licensure requirements.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state is required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient setting.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients, families, students, and colleagues.
