Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health and abides by service standards.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services following professional standards, evaluating and treating with goal-oriented care plans.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes billing as required.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about needs and goals.
• Participates in continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
• Engages in quality improvement processes to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Contributes to program development and marketing strategies to grow the PT program.
