Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a physical therapist to join our outpatient team. New graduates are encouraged to apply; 40 hours per week with no weekends or holidays, and flexible scheduling.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $5,750 for eligible candidates. The role focuses on evaluating and treating musculoskeletal disorders, creating personalized care plans, and educating patients and caregivers for long-term success

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service standards.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups; develops care plans with specific goals.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records as required by regulations and facility policies; completes patient billing.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals.
• Participates in and promotes continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
• Engages in quality improvement processes to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Contributes to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program.
