Job summary

Select Medical's KORT Corydon outpatient PT position is a full-time role located at 173 Pacer Dr NW, Corydon, IN 47112. You will manage 10-12 patient visits per day in an 8-hour day and have access to mentorship, CEUs, and diverse clinical tracks.

The role offers a salary range of $72,000–$95,000 per year, with sign-on bonuses of $10K–$20K and a student loan repayment program, plus a company-matching 401(k). You can pursue orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, or pelvic health.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required trainings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
