Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy to a diverse caseload.
• Create and implement individualized plans of care.
• Track progress using outcome-measurement tools.
• Complete thorough documentation for evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including finance and administration.
• Lead and support the team while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Pursue professional development through workshops and community engagement.
