This full-time role supervises the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivers high-quality care, and fosters collaboration with physicians and payors to optimize patient outcomes.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience, with incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a student loan payment program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license is required to start.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
• Provide preventative and rehab services to maximize patient function.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, payors and case managers.
• Oversee center operations and staff development.
