Select Physical Therapy in New Britain, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead the outpatient clinic as Director. This full-time role supervises the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivers high-quality care, and fosters collaboration with physicians and payors to optimize patient outcomes.

The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience, with incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a student loan payment program.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license is required to start.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: Salary is $95k to $120k based on experience
