Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You will lead a team of therapists, set high clinical standards, and deliver individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

This leadership role includes overseeing clinic operations and growing referrals, with opportunities for leadership growth across sites. Upstream provides development programs and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree required.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs.
