Job summary

Summit Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedics in Oklahoma. Lead a team of therapists to deliver evidence-based care and cultivate a high-performing clinic culture.

You will oversee operations, mentor clinicians, develop referrals, and work with regional leadership. DPT and Oklahoma licensure are required, leadership experience is a plus. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
