Job summary

Summit Physical Therapy in Owasso, OK, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopaedic team. You will guide clinicians, ensure exceptional patient outcomes, and cultivate a positive clinic culture while continuing direct patient care.

The role offers leadership development, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth within the Upstream Rehabilitation network. You will manage operations, referrals, and staff development in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
• Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s development programs.
