Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory requirements.
