Qualifications

• Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist Assistant with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or upcoming Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
• Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including EMR platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Support orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR and clinical systems.
