• Current or upcoming Michigan PTA license in good standing, with CPR certification.
• Proficiency in technology and clinical systems including Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes, supporting recovery goals.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high‑quality orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Engage patients in home therapy plans and document progress in EMR.
