Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness in Scotts Valley, CA seeks an outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position (32–40 hours/week). The role involves implementing PT plans, guiding exercises, educating patients, and collaborating with the care team to promote movement-based rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with rehabilitation plans emphasizing movement-based care.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and empathy in patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support patients in inpatient, outpatient, pediatrics, and home health settings.
