Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• New grads and experienced PTs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and create treatment plans per referring physician's instructions.
• Document progress and re-evaluations at regular intervals.
• Provide services to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Supervise PTA's to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to optimize outcomes.
