Golden Bear Physical Therapy in the Central Valley seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our experienced team. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Requires DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for mobility and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and evidence-based practices.
• Apply manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and education.
• Document progress and outcomes using Raintree per regulations.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
