Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Tennessee. This is a full-time role with 80 hours per pay period and day shift, offering relocation assistance and student loan repayment options.

The therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, participate in goal setting with patients and families, and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee Physical Therapy License.
• One year experience preferred; professional organization membership optional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Meet targets for passive/active treatment ratios.
• Involve patient and family in treatment and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with other medical staff regarding progress.
• Maintain patient documentation and comply with chart audits.
• Lead and supervise support staff and students.
• Contribute to quality and patient satisfaction measures.
• Engage in community outreach and professional activities.
