Inova Physical Therapy Center – Tysons/Vienna is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This Full Time position features a Day Shift, Monday-Friday with two evening shifts until 7pm, and a 1 on 1 patient service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• VA license or compact privileges upon start.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association upon start.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives instruction and supervision to assistive personnel per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and other team members.
