Job summary

Heritage Health in North Idaho seeks a licensed psychologist to deliver outpatient assessments and evidence-based therapy within an integrated care team. You will work alongside medical, dental, and behavioral health professionals to improve patient outcomes and community wellbeing.

Responsibilities include clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, and collaboration across departments while maintaining HIPAA compliance and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Idaho psychologist license is required to practice.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Strong collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapeutic assessments, services, and treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments via clinical interviews, testing, and psychosocial methods.
• Deliver individual and group therapy with an emphasis on evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Document encounters accurately and in compliance with Heritage Health and Medicaid standards.
• Participate in trainings and maintain professional, ethical standards.
