Job summary

McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, is seeking a per-diem Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, educating patients and families, and supporting program development with the director.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient therapy services to patients using approved clinical methods and therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy based on clinical needs and patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
