Job summary

Medical Associates Clinic in Dubuque, IA, seeks a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join a multidisciplinary practice in the Department of Psychiatry & Psychology.

The role is full-time or part-time, with emphasis on outpatient assessment and psychotherapy and optional inpatient consultation based on interest. The package starts at $100K with potential higher compensation, a $10,000 commencement bonus, relocation support, and annual bonuses bringing total compensation to $150,000–$175,000.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in psychology; licensed or license eligible in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychological services, including diagnostic assessment and psychotherapeutic intervention.
• Consult with other providers within and outside the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology.
• Produce complete, accurate, timely progress notes and psychological evaluation reports in the EMR.
• Participate in meetings and complete all other assigned projects and administrative tasks.
• Roles may include therapy for relationships/family, group therapy, cognitive testing, and inpatient consultation.
