Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions, LLC in central Alabama has partnered to offer a Psychiatry assignment in an outpatient setting. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with call shifts; duties include diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management, with CPRS EMR used for charting. Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Experience with outpatient psychiatric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and formulate treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor patient progress.
• Provide follow-up care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Document care and ensure timely patient reporting.
