Job summary

Korzen Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist for its outpatient behavioral health team serving Mobile and Spanish Fort, Alabama. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday clinic schedule, a collaborative practice environment with PMHNPs, and strong administrative support within a physician-led organization.

J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship are available for qualified candidates, with one weekend of call per month and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Must have completed a US-based residency program.
• Alabama medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong interest in outpatient psychiatry with collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide medication management and individualized treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide consultative psychiatric services as needed.
• Supervise and support advanced practice providers.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in shared psychiatrist call rotation.
