Job summary

Korzen Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team serving Mobile and Spanish Fort communities. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a collaborative practice environment, and close collaboration with PMHNPs and multidisciplinary providers.

J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship is available. The position includes one weekend of call per month, strong administrative support, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Must have completed a US-based residency program.
• Alabama medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Interest in outpatient psychiatry and collaborative care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide medication management and individualized treatment planning.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide consultative psychiatric services as needed.
• Supervise and support advanced practice providers.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in shared psychiatrist call rotation.
