We are looking for passionate adult and child psychiatrists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides onsite psychiatric care that is timely and appropriate and/or medical evaluation for patients to determine treatment needs.
  • Offer medication management and ongoing care consistent with current practice standards.
  • Provides concurrent documentation in the EMR in an accurate manner which is consistent with Geode procedure and applicable standards.
  • Deliver services using telehealth applications to provide remote health care when appropriate.
  • Provide leadership, collaboration, and training to nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
  • Document and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Board certified in Psychiatry.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine.
  • A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.
  • May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.
  • Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.
  • Fine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptop/mouse for documentation purposes
  • Ability to speak clearly with patients and team members so others can understand.
  • Ability to hear and understand others when speaking
  • Ability to view computer screen monitor, small objects few feet away
  • Ability to act and move quickly in emergencysituations involving patient care
