GENERAL SUMMARY AND OVERVIEW STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Behavioral Health Department Director, develops and provides services for active Behavioral Health treatment cases and Healing Recovery and Wellness program participants (formerly the Substance Use Disorder program) re: psychopharmacological consultation, evaluation and on-going treatment and monitoring. Works closely with Behavioral Health department clinicians and the Healing, Recovery and Wellness program, to ensure continuity of care. Consults with the Southern Jamaica Plain Community Health Center Providers across departments to address psychopharmacological needs of the SJPCHC adult population and offers on-going consultation and support to clinical teams. Works closely with primary care providers in managing Behavioral Health care. Works with a commitment to health equity.
The starting salary is equivalent to $195,000 annually for a full-time position; salary will be prorated based on the part-time schedule.
