Serenity Healthcare in Colorado's Superior region is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient position. You will join a physician-owned and led group dedicated to patient outcomes and professional support. The role offers a $300,000 base salary with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+ per year, plus comprehensive benefits and a flexible 4–5 day schedule.
No call. Ever. 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio provides strong support.
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Unencumbered DEA license.
- Clean background.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
