Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role. Enjoy no call, a high staff-to-physician ratio, and a flexible 4–5 day workweek with strong clinical and administrative support.

Base salary is $300,000 with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+. Benefits include 90% medical/dental/vision for you and family, 22 PTO days, 11 holidays, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment
• Collaborate with an 8:1 staff-to-physician team for patient care
• Maintain high-quality patient outcomes in outpatient setting
