Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking psychiatrists for a full-time outpatient role in Utah. The position offers a $300,000 base salary plus incentives with a realistic total compensation of $500,000+ and no on-call duties.

The practice supports an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, a flexible 4–5 day workweek, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy, along with annual provider retreats.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only psychiatry with no on-call duties.
• Utilize TMS and IV ketamine therapies alongside medications.
