Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient-only role in Utah. The position offers no on-call requirements and a flexible 4–5 day workweek, with strong clinical and administrative support.

We provide a $300,000 base salary plus incentives, with realistic total compensation of $500,000+, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy, plus annual provider retreats.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only practice with no call.
• Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
