Qualifications

• Active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible.
• Open to a hybrid model, all roles must have in office time on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain patient records and ensure quality of care.
