Serenity Healthcare is seeking a psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient position in Frisco, TX. Join a physician-owned and led group focused on patient outcomes and provider support.

Compensation includes a $300,000 base salary with incentives and total compensation of $500,000+; no on-call duties, a favorable 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, and a flexible 4–5 day work week, plus comprehensive benefits and retreats.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient psychiatry care in a clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy programs.
• Participate in annual provider retreats.
