LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Psychiatrist in Texas for an outpatient, hybrid role. The position supports both medication management and therapy within a collaborative, full-support clinic network.

Travel is limited to our Richmond/Houston-area clinics, with no on-call requirements. The role offers above-market compensation, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with match, parental leave, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and an annual cash bonus

Job Description

We offer Psychiatrists:

• Outpatient Group Practice Setting
• Full-time and part-time available. No call or weekends.
• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings.
• Sign-on bonus.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychiatrists that are:

• Fully licensed in Texas, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• This is a hybrid role, candidates should be based in Houston.
