Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Adult or Child psychiatrists for our Houston clinics. This role emphasizes 100% outpatient care with a hybrid model requiring in-office time weekly. Compensation is strong, with a range of $322,000 to $430,000+ based on productivity, plus an annual cash bonus incentive and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and adjust medications and provide therapy as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with LifeStance Health clinicians and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, documentation, and safety standards.
