Responsibilities

• Manage esketamine program: secure storage, handling, and supervision of administration of esketamine.
• Provide patient-centered care considering physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, spiritual, safety, and age factors.
• Manage plan of care and be accountable for assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe medication administration.
