Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You'll collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools, contributing to reshaping access to mental healthcare nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PMHNP license to practice in the United States.
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health care is preferred.
• Ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans for adults.
