Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human service field required.
• Registration/licensure as a social worker, counselor, or psychologist in the State of Michigan required.
• At least two years direct clinical experience in providing outpatient services to families and youth required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment and support to youth and families in outpatient programming.
• Provide anticipatory guidance to other professionals working with the outpatient population, including training and coordination of assessments and interventions.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning and therapy services with measurable objectives in the home setting and crisis intervention when needed.
• Assist in identification and reduction of cross-system barriers.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans and ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain and document client files and ensure timely reporting to supervisor.
