Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Outpatient Program Director to lead and grow therapy operations at one of our senior living communities. This role blends clinical oversight, program development, and administrative leadership, with a strong emphasis on developing and sustaining an outpatient caseload through referrals and relationship-based outreach.

The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist (PT, OT, PTA, or OTA) who thrives in a growth-focused environment. Rather than inheriting a full schedule, you will play an active role in developing referral pipelines, increasing program visibility, and establishing a strong outpatient presence within the ALF and surrounding community.

This is a hands-on leadership role where clinical care, outreach, and operational ownership work together to drive program growth.

Key Responsibilities
