IU Health seeks an experienced RN for a busy primary care setting in Indianapolis. The onsite role supports triage, medication refills, referrals, appointment scheduling, and patient education within a team of physicians and APPs.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with no weekends or holidays. Requires an Indiana RN license (NLC acceptable) and an ASN; BSN preferred. BLS certification and graduation from a recognized nursing program are required.

Formación

• Minimum one year RN experience.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an active NLC license.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions for >2 years relevant experience may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Support patient care through triage and education.
• Manage medication refill coordination and scheduling.
• Coordinate referrals and appointments for patients.
• Educate patients to support safe and effective care.
• Collaborate with a primary care team of physicians and APPs.
