Qualifications

• Completion of residency program in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Current Board Certification or Board Eligible.
• Valid Arizona medical license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat disorders and diseases in an outpatient setting.
• Order and conduct diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medication and coordinate referrals as necessary.
