ArchWell Health is a rapidly growing primary care group focused on seniors. This physician role centers on outpatient primary care with a patient-centric approach, supported by a strong care team and generous benefits.

Ideal candidates will be MD or DO graduates with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Fellowship in geriatrics is welcomed but not required. A state medical license in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and state medical license active/non-probationary.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship in geriatrics is welcome but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team to address medical and social needs.
• Ensure access and continuity of care within ArchWell Health clinics.
