Job summary

MedStar Health in Baltimore is seeking an Adult Only Primary Care Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice at Wilkens Ave. You will work alongside seven PCPs and APPs with a Monday–Friday schedule and an on-site lab, accessing a broad network of specialists.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $250,000, a sign-on bonus, and a guaranteed annual quality incentive up to $16,000 in the first year, plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree completed and licensed.
• Eligible for Maryland medical licensure.
• Completed Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in IM/FM.
• BLS certification on start.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Collaborate with behavioral health support.
• Coordinate with on-site lab and specialists.
