Job summary

MedStar Health in Mitchellville, MD is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice. This role features a 100% outpatient focus, a Monday through Friday schedule, and a supportive team of clinicians and staff.

You will have access to on-site lab services, a broad network of specialists, visa sponsorship eligibility, and opportunities for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, with a competitive base salary and generous incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care
• Maintain Monday–Friday schedule with a Tuesday off
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health and specialists
• Utilize on-site laboratory and dedicated staff
