Job summary

Indiana University Health Physicians in Avon, IN is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician for an outpatient practice on the IU West Hospital campus. The schedule offers a 4‑day workweek option with no weekends or holidays, seeing 70–80 patients weekly in a largely adult population.

We value collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers and pharmacists and provide opportunities to educate medical students and residents. Must have MD/DO and BE/BC; Indiana license obtainable.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent education.
• American Board Enrolled/Certified (BE/BC) in respective specialty.
• Able to obtain Indiana license.
• Open to new and practicing physicians.

Responsibilities

• 100% Outpatient; expected volume 70–80 patients a week.
• Mostly adult patient population.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and a pharmacist.
• Procedures can include simple skin procedures, fracture care, joint injections, IUDs.
• Opportunity to become involved in medical student and resident education.
