Job summary

Indiana University Health Physicians in Avon, IN is seeking an Internal or Family Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient practice with a flexible schedule (4, 4.5, or 5 days/week, Mon-Fri, no weekends/holidays). The role features a large shared call group and collaboration with a nurse triage system.

The position involves mostly adult care, working with APPs and a pharmacist, and offers involvement in medical student/resident education; IN license is required.

Qualifications

• Open to new and practicing physicians.
• MD/DO or equivalent education.
• American BE/BC in respective specialty.
• Able to obtain IN license.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient practice; expected volume 70–80 patients per week.
• Flexible schedule: 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and a pharmacist.
• Procedures may include simple skin procedures, fracture care, and joint injections.
• Opportunity to participate in medical student and resident education.
